EDUCATIONAL MANAGEMENT REVIEWS AND RESEARCH is an Islamic education management journal that examines the development and strengthening of educational policy analysis research, juridical basis and changes to the curriculum system, central and local government policies in developing national education system laws, and research oriented to education management and managerial quality of education. In addition, several educational planning research themes include the development of education quality assurance and quality control, education supervision and supervisory, educator professionalism development, education financing management, performance management, product-oriented research on leadership and educational entrepreneurship development, development of leadership models/styles, model development / entrepreneurial style of education both formal and non-formal, leadership evaluation, research oriented to educational technology, development and evaluation of educational teaching materials, development and evaluation of educational learning methods, and development and evaluation of educational learning curricula and other literature research on Islamic education management.
