This value needs to grow gradually through approaches that are closely connected to students’ daily school life. This study aims to explore how tarbawi hadiths can be integrated into school activities to foster a sense of responsibility among students. The research uses a library research method by reviewing various Islamic and educational literature. The findings show that values such as leadership, self-awareness, and honesty found in the hadiths serve as strong foundations for nurturing responsible behavior. When these values are applied in practical activities like classroom duties, self-reflection, and group discussions, students not only complete their tasks but also begin to understand the deeper meaning behind the roles they carry out. Using a descriptive qualitative method with a case study design, the research involved five informants through interviews, observations, and documentation to obtain a comprehensive understanding. Miles and Huberman’s analysis model was employed to systematically trace patterns of facilities management. The findings show that planning and procurement were relatively effective, although storage management remained suboptimal and maintenance tended to be reactive rather than preventive. Distribution of facilities adequately supported learning needs, while rehabilitation was carried out gradually based on the level of damage and usage priorities. Overall, facilities and infrastructure management contributed positively to learning comfort, student motivation, and classroom instructional effectiveness. The study recommends strengthening strategic planning, implementing preventive maintenance, and developing a sustainable asset management system to improve educational service quality consistently. The results provide practical and strategic implications for school management in enhancing learning quality through more structured facilities governance.
Zaedun Na'im, Ernika Lufitasari, Ima Rahmawati Copyright (c) 2025 Zaedun Na'im, Ernika Lufitasari https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0 https://jurnal-inais.id/index.php/EMRR/article/view/702 Wed, 12 Feb 2025 00:00:00 +0000
