This study aims to describe the implementation of strategic planning management in transforming educational quality at SMAN 05 Rejang Lebong. This research uses a qualitative approach with a case study design. Data were collected through in-depth interviews, participatory observation, and documentation studies. Research informants consisted of the school principal, vice principals, subject teachers, and school committee members. Data analysis was carried out using Miles and Huberman's interactive model which includes data reduction, data presentation, and conclusion drawing. The results showed that SMAN 05 Rejang Lebong implemented strategic planning through three main mechanisms: (1) formulation of a clear and measurable vision and mission involving all school stakeholders; (2) implementation of data-based programs through the School Management Information System; and (3) continuous evaluation with active involvement of parents and the community. The implementation of this strategic planning has contributed significantly to the improvement of educational quality, which is reflected in the increase in national examination scores, improvements in school organizational culture, and increased institutional accountability. This study concludes that effective strategic planning management requires strong leadership, institutional culture that supports collaboration, and a sustainable evaluation system.
