PERAN KEPEMIMPINAN ADAPTIF DALAM PENGUATAN EKOLOGI MADRASAH BERBASIS PENDIDIKAN ISLAM

Penelitian ini bertujuan menganalisis peran kepemimpinan adaptif dalam penguatan ekologi berbasis pendidikan Islam pada Madrasah Tsanawiyah Negeri di Kota Bogor. Isu krisis ekologi global menuntut madrasah berperan strategis dalam mendukung agenda pembangunan berkelanjutan, khususnya pencapaian SDGs 4 tentang pendidikan berkualitas, SDGs 13 tentang penanganan perubahan iklim, dan SDGs 16 tentang penguatan kelembagaan yang efektif dan akuntabel. Penelitian menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif dengan jenis eksplanatori melalui metode survei terhadap 125 guru yang dipilih secara proporsional. Instrumen penelitian mengukur kepemimpinan adaptif dan ekologi madrasah yang dianalisis secara statistik untuk mengetahui kekuatan hubungan antarvariabel. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepemimpinan adaptif berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap penguatan ekologi madrasah, dengan kemampuan penjelasan model yang tergolong moderat. Temuan ini menegaskan bahwa kemampuan kepala madrasah dalam mengelola perubahan, memberdayakan sumber daya manusia, dan mengintegrasikan nilai-nilai keislaman berkontribusi nyata terhadap penguatan tata kelola madrasah yang berkelanjutan dan selaras dengan Program Prioritas Kementerian Agama.
