It uses a qualitative descriptive method with interviews and questionnaires as instruments. The study analyzes the learning process implemented during the training and its impact on participants' khutbah skills. The results based on pretest and posttest indicate that the training significantly improved understanding of Friday khutbah techniques. Participants are expected to learn how to create a khutbah text, starting from understanding its pillars, organizing and composing the text, to delivering it effectively. The method used involves explaining the legal foundations of khutbah. To assess the participants' understanding of the training, pretest and posttest were conducted. Through this training, the mosque youth not only learn to deliver khutbah with confidence but also strengthen their Islamic identity and build a sense of responsibility to actively engage in society. With developed leadership skills, the mosque youth can set an example that inspires other community members to be more concerned about social issues and participate in beneficial religious activities.
