CANVA DIGITALIZATION AND GRAPHIC DESIGN TRAINING AT MTS HIDAYATUS'SAADAH, PABANGBON VILLAGE

This training on digitalization and graphic design using Canva was conducted as an effort to improve digital literacy and visual design skills among students and teachers at MTs Hidayatus’saadah, Pabangbon Village. The objective was to equip participants with basic knowledge and practical skills in utilizing the Canva platform as a creative tool for developing educational content. This research employed a descriptive qualitative method to illustrate the training process, participant engagement, and the outcomes achieved. The training was carried out over two days and divided into three main stages: material delivery, hands-on practice, and project evaluation. The training covered five main topics: an introduction to digitalization in education, fundamentals of graphic design, Canva usage, principles of visual design, and application of Canva in educational media creation. The results indicated that participants actively engaged in the sessions, applied the concepts effectively, and produced design works that met the criteria of visual appeal and functionality. This training successfully enhanced participants’ understanding of digital technology and opened new opportunities to integrate Canva into the teaching and learning environment.
