The Effect of Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) Model on Ability to Solve Fraction Multiplication Story Problems. This study aims to determine the effect of the Realistic Mathematics Education (RME) learning model on students' abilities in solving fraction multiplication story problems. This research is a quantitative research using the pre-experimental method with the type of one group pretest posttest design. The subjects in this study were students of class V MIS Raudlatul Tholibin, totaling 15 students. Data collection techniques were carried out by tests and observations. The results of the calculation of the t test with a significant level of 5%, obtained a significant value on the t test of 0.00 < 0.05, then Ha is accepted. The conclusion of this study is that there is a significant effect between the RME model on the ability to solve multiplication of fractions story problems.
