Amid the rapid advancement of technology, digital literacy has become a critical competency for navigating the increasingly unregulated flow of information, including the proliferation of hoaxes and other forms of misleading content. Digital literacy constitutes a fundamental competency that empowers individuals—particularly students—to engage with and evaluate information in a critical and informed manner. That's why the Field Supervisor, together with students of the Community Service Learning Program (KKN) Dukuh Village Group of the Sahid Islamic Entrepreneur University, held a seminar and training entitled "Smart Digital" at MA and MTs Darul Ihsan, Cibungbulang, Bogor, as a step to improve the digital literacy skills of students. The seminar and training are designed to equip students with comprehensive knowledge and practical competencies in effectively searching for digital information, identifying the characteristics of misleading content, and understanding both the benefits and potential risks associated with the use of artificial intelligence (AI). This study uses participatory observation methods, interviews with teachers and students, and interactive seminars with direct training based on problem-based learning. Data was collected through pre-seminar and post-seminar surveys to measure participants' improved understanding. The results showed a significant improvement in students' ability to recognize misleading content, verify information, and use AI more wisely. Before the seminar, only 20% of students could identify fake news, but after the activity, the percentage increased to 75%. The use of fact-checking tools also rose from 10% to 70% after training. Overall, this seminar was effective in strengthening students' digital literacy and fostering awareness of the importance of critical thinking and responsible use of technology in the digital era.
