This community service activity aims to improve students' readiness to face academic and professional challenges through a webinar. The event was conducted online using an online-based learning approach and was attended by 37 participants. Speakers provided material on self-development, digital literacy, and strategies for building 21st-century competencies. The results showed that the webinar increased student enthusiasm and participation, as reflected in the active participation in the discussion and question-and-answer session. An interactive atmosphere was also created through the awarding of door prizes to active participants. These findings align with various studies that indicate webinars are effective in improving students' competencies, knowledge, and motivation to learn. This activity is expected to become a model for strengthening student capacity while supporting the development of digital literacy and future skills.
