This study aims to determine the evaluation of the Tahfidz program at SDIT Assa'idah using the CIPP model. This research was conducted at SDIT Assa'idah Cibuntu. The research object includes educational institutions or those responsible for the Tahfiz program in these institutions. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach and the model used is the CIPP model (context, input, process and product). The author's reason for using the CIPP model in evaluating this program is because it is related to decision- making "Decission" which has to do with planning in a program that is carried out. The data collection is done by means of observation and interviews. The results of this study are that the process of the tahfiz program at SDIT Assa'idah has clearly increased in every component starting from context, input, process, and product so that the success of the tahfizd program can be seen. Starting from the human resources that support it, and all the facilities are not too burdensome and there are no special funds in this tahfidz program. Cooperation between the school and parents is less effective because not all parents can monitor children's development and memorization.
