Strengthening quality culture in Islamic primary schools (madrasah ibtidaiyah) is a strategic necessity to improve educational quality in a global context. This community service research aims to enhance institutional capacity through mentoring the implementation of Madrasah Self-Evaluation (EDM) as a data-driven quality assurance instrument. The program was conducted in private MI in Pamijahan District, Bogor Regency, involving 5 schools and 35 respondents consisting of principals, teachers, administrative staff, and school committee members. The study employed a participatory action research (PAR) approach, including stages of needs assessment, training, workshops, mentoring, and evaluation. Data were collected through observation, interviews, documentation, and pre-test and post-test, and analyzed using descriptive qualitative and simple quantitative methods. The results indicate improvements in participants’ understanding and skills in developing data-based EDM and stronger integration into school work plans. In addition, stakeholder participation, quality documentation, and reflective practices were strengthened. The findings imply that EDM mentoring effectively promotes a data-driven quality culture in primary-level madrasahs and can be replicated in similar contexts.
