Industri halal internasional terus berkembang pesat, didorong oleh meningkatnya permintaan global terhadap produk halal yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Dalam menghadapi tantangan keamanan dan transparansi rantai pasok, inovasi teknologi seperti Blockchain, Internet of Things (IoT), dan Artificial Intelligence (AI) memainkan peran penting dalam memperkuat integritas produk halal. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi peran inovasi teknologi dalam meningkatkan keamanan rantai pasok halal serta menyusun strategi implementasi teknologi tersebut dalam skala internasional. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa Blockchain memungkinkan pencatatan data yang terdesentralisasi dan tidak dapat diubah, sehingga memfasilitasi ketelusuran produk halal dari hulu ke hilir. IoT mendukung pemantauan kondisi produk secara real-time melalui sensor yang memantau suhu, kelembapan, dan potensi kontaminasi selama penyimpanan dan transportasi. Sementara itu, AI digunakan untuk menganalisis data secara otomatis, mendeteksi bahan non-halal, serta mempercepat proses sertifikasi halal dengan akurasi tinggi. Teknologi-teknologi ini tidak hanya meningkatkan efisiensi operasional tetapi juga memperkuat kepercayaan konsumen terhadap produk halal. Namun, implementasi teknologi ini menghadapi tantangan seperti keterbatasan infrastruktur digital, biaya tinggi untuk adopsi oleh UMKM, serta kebutuhan harmonisasi regulasi antarnegara. Oleh karena itu, diperlukan strategi kolaboratif yang melibatkan pemerintah, lembaga sertifikasi halal, pelaku industri, dan konsumen. Edukasi tentang manfaat teknologi harus ditingkatkan, sementara dukungan finansial dan pengembangan standar global berbasis teknologi perlu diprioritaskan. Dengan penerapan strategi yang tepat, inovasi teknologi dapat menjadi katalis utama dalam membangun ekosistem industri halal internasional yang modern, terpercaya, dan berkelanjutan.
