HOTEL SYARIAH DALAM TEORI DAN PRAKTIKNYA DI INDONESIA

Saat ini, Hotel Syariah menjadi isu penting di tengah pertumbuhan pariwisata syariah yang luar biasa di seluruh dunia. Ini menyiratkan bahwa kebutuhan keramahtamahan yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah adalah masalah penting untuk menguraikan potensinya. Makalah ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi kerangka peraturan bisnis ini dan mengungkap dimensi syariahnya dari silsilah yang tepat dari pariwisata Syariah serta perspektif syariah. Makalah ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dimana wawancara semi terstruktur dilakukan untuk memperkuat analisis. Selanjutnya, makalah ini membandingkan sumber-sumber hukum Islam untuk menguji keakuratannya dengan pengoperasian hotel yang sesuai dengan prinsip syariah. Temuan makalah ini mengungkapkan bahwa ada tujuh dimensi hotel untuk menjadi hotel syariah sebagai berikut: fasilitas hotel, minuman, staf, tamu, manajemen keuangan, dan tata kelola perusahaan hotel. Tulisan ini menyimpulkan bahwa Islam mengatur enam prinsip bisnis perhotelan yang harus sesuai dengan prinsip konsumsi, hiburan, kegiatan bisnis, etika dan pakaian, beberapa pembatasan hubungan eksternal, dan tata letak. Temuan ini menyiratkan bahwa prinsip-prinsip tersebut harus diperhatikan oleh manajemen hotel yang menggunakan sistem syariah agar benar-benar syariah.
