In early 2020, the entire world experienced the Covid-19 pandemic, including in Indonesia, which is still ongoing. This has an impact on all aspects, including early childhood education institutions. This study uses a descriptive qualitative method. Data collection was carried out through observation, interviews, and documentation. Observations were guided by the research focus. Interviews were conducted with subjects, namely the principal and the most senior class teacher. The data obtained were then combined, reduced, clarified, and then described in written language and interpreted so that conclusions could be drawn. The results of the study showed: (1) There were several obstacles in the Al-Fattah Rohimiyah Kindergarten early childhood education institution, both internally, namely by changing study hours, facilities and infrastructure in accordance with the Covid-19 health protocol and always reminding students and parents who accompany or wait. Externally, one of them was the decline in parental interest. (2) Strategy for conducting counseling around the PAUD Institution. (3) Children's contributions must adapt to the conditions of the Covid-19 pandemic and school principals and teachers must optimize learning even with the New Habit Adaptation (AKB) and add facilities and infrastructure.
