Improving the quality of Early Childhood Education (PAUD) services is a strategic agenda in human resource development. One of the government's efforts is through the Quality PAUD policy, which emphasizes child-centered learning, partnerships with parents, and reflective and sustainable unit management. This community service activity aims to strengthen the understanding of educators and managers of ABA Kindergarten (Taman Kanak-kanak Aisyiyah Bustanul Athfal) regarding learning environment management as part of the implementation of Quality PAUD. The activity was carried out in the form of an educational seminar held on March 11, 2024, at SMK Muhammadiyah Kota Bogor, in collaboration with the Regional Leadership of Aisyiyah Kota Bogor. The implementation method used an educational-participatory approach through the delivery of policy materials, reflective discussions, and reinforcement. The results of the activity showed an increase in participants' understanding of Quality PAUD indicators, particularly regarding aspects of a safe, inclusive, and child-centered learning environment. This activity contributes to supporting the transformation of ABA Kindergarten into a higher quality and sustainable early childhood education unit.
