ANALISIS PENGARUH KEPUASAN KERJA TERHADAP KINERJA KARYAWAN DI PT MY REPUBLIC JAKARTA

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengukur tingkat kepuasan kerja dan kinerja karyawan pada PT My Republic Jakarta serta menganalisis pengaruh kepuasan kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan. Pendekatan kuantitatif digunakan dengan mengumpulkan data primer melalui kuesioner yang disebarkan kepada 100 responden. Data sekunder diperoleh dari dokumentasi perusahaan, jurnal, dan sumber lainnya. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kepuasan kerja berpengaruh positif signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan (koefisien regresi = 0,303; p < 0,05). Tingkat kepuasan kerja bervariasi di antara karyawan, namun secara umum kepuasan kerja memberikan pengaruh positif terhadap kinerja karyawan.
